Huacaya Alpacas

Dense fleece, perfect bite, petite and a proven and nurturing mom. Add all that to the fact she looks just like her superior sire, AABA Navigator, the stellar & multi-ribboned herdsire at Ameripaca Alpacas in Maryland. Her fiber is very smoothly colored..very few spots! Admittedly, not the fineness of micron counts, but she does have great consistency and density.

She has fabulous crimp structure, a soft handle, staple length and superior cute factor. Maybelline has a square build and good solid bone structure. Her sire is now gone, so his well known and respected lineage is harder to come by. Evander was a proud, full-Peruvian son of Inca's Ransom. He was a solid, square male with dense, bundling crimp and a magnificent head. Her dam's lines include Peruvian Leon and The Portland Kidd. Maybelline had her first breeding in fall 2015, coupling with a lovely dark fawn herd sire from Alpacas of Cherry Run in Central NC. She delivered her first cria, Celestial Stardust, on 25 Oct 2016. Celestial Stardust is a very spunky and gentle all white female with dense crimpy fiber and solid confirmation.

Quincy’s sire is a son of the well known “2006 Reserve Herd Sire of the Year” Dark Shaddow. Dark Shaddow is without a doubt the best true black male in the USA. No other herdsire compares. Quincy is the Great Grandson of Black Ice. Quincy’s grandsire, Golden Panache, has won multiple awards including 2 Blue Ribbons and a Reserve Color Championship at the 2006 South Eastern PA. Quincy’s bloodline includes Snowmass Legacy Gold, his awards include: 2 Futurity Breed Champion and Color Championships, 8 - 1st Place Get of Sire, and 2 - 1st Place & Reserve Color Championships. Quincy is a very stunning alpaca with a laid back personality who is easy to handle. His fleece has a long staple length and has a beautiful true black brightness. Quincy recently got 2nd Place in Spin-off at the 2017 Carolina Alpaca

Scout’s sire is a son of the well known “2006 Reserve Herd Sire of the Year” Dark Shaddow. Dark Shaddow is without a doubt the best true black male in the USA. No other herdsire compares. Scout is the Great Grandson of Black Ice. Scout’s dam is a granddaughter of the nationally well-known Accoyo herdsire Felix(Deceased). Scout's lineage is evident in the quality of his fiber and his conformation. We believe in Scout’s potential as a herdsire; along with his gentle personality, this is an alpaca that we know will enhance your herd's breeding program. Purchase him today as a welcome addition to your herd and watch him shine on your farm!

Cute, or what?? He is a Peruvian Bentley grandson. He has a small and solid frame (like his dad!) and extraordinary fiber. Warrior is a fleece machine! This is one perfect animal for those owners/breeders who actually have yarn made from their own fiber. Warrior has won multiple ribbons to include First Place in the 2013 Spin Off - Juvenile Multi @ Southern Select Score 73; First Place in the Spin Off - Juvenile Multi @ AOBA Nationals Score 83.5; Second Place in the 2013 Spin Off - Yearling Fancy @ VAOBA; and most recently, Second Place in the 2017 Spin Off Over Two Medium Fawn @ Carolina Alpaca Celebration. Warrior was bred to TCS Peruvian Bonnet in late fall 2015 for a fall 2016 cria. We are so excited to announce that his first offspring was born on 13 Sept 2016, named Warrior's Draconian. Draconian is a medium brown with white markings on his forehead and front feet. Draconian has very soft fiber with great density and crimp and long staple length. Warrior was bred to Whistler's Peruvian Nadya in early November 2016 for a fall 2017 cria.
